Right at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, I was brought on to the team at Grace Athens, and I was tasked with heading up the videography and photography for the organization, as they transitioned to an online-forward approach in order to maintain social distancing. This consisted of me delivering 30-60 minute "Sunday Service" videos every week, from concept to final product, as well as other content throughout my time there. I feel especially proud of the work I did at this position, and I believe the transition to online was a successful one.
Check out some of the things I worked on below!
Sunday Services
This is what a typical "Sunday Service" video would look like (It's pretty long, so feel free to skip through).
This was a fun project that involved me filming while walking backwards for roughly 10 minutes straight.
Music Videos
One of my favorite projects I made was a series of live music videos that we used for our "Sunday Service" videos and social media. I was responsible for the scheduling and conceptualizing, camera-work, grip, lighting, sound recording, as well as sound mixing and editing the final product together. You can watch two of my favorites above.
Promotional Material
I often was tasked with creating content that could be used on our social media to promote certain initiatives, events, and announcements. Above are a couple of my favorites.
Intros
I also got the opportunity to create intro bumpers for different initiatives, campaigns, and sermon series, that I then used in other videos relating to the subject.
